On arriving to Middle Percy we went ashore to check in to the "Percy Hilton". Now you see what I meant about this place.

Island Caretaker - Ernst - preparing some fresh coconut milk for us. This guy is like the Island....truly unique! He devotes his time to maintain the heritage of this mariners retreat. Whilst sipping on fresh coconut milk Ernst invited us to a beach dinner of goat stew the following evening.....How could we pass that up?
